Thought for the Day

“Logic is a feeble reed, friend. “Logic” proved that airplanes can’t fly and that H-bombs won’t work and that stones don’t fall out of the sky. Logic is a way of saying that anything that didn’t happen yesterday won’t happen tomorrow.”

I asked him to be one of our "experts" at the Radio Report Clinic meeting at Whistler in 1972 and he invited me to come over to his office the next day for breakfast to talk about it. Breakfast was Jack Daniel's and a joint. He told me a lot of stories including one of smoking a joint with an FCC Commissioner backstage at ...
Rachel has a hit record! We posted this story about Rachel Wammack just over 60 days ago and linked it to Rachel's new single, "Something People Say." At that time, the video had been posted for a week and it 1100 views. I noticed most of Rachel's songs averaged in the 19,000 view range, and most of those had been out for over a year. I decided to see if I could help, because I think she's a great artist, songwriter and storyteller...the quest...<...>

HI,

I just plugged in my Rode NT1A mic to a Behringer UM2 so I could connect the XLR output to my computer. The recording sounds really clear but there's an annoying background noise that sounds like a radio frequency and I can't seem to get rid of it.Any suggestions?

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.

HI,

For this upcoming General Conference my family will be traveling and I would like to figure out someway to listen while we do so. My first thought was that maybe it was broadcast on satellite radio. If it was I would be happy to buy one for the trip. My second thought was using some 3G type technology to access the internet and listen (or even better watch) on my notebook.
