One of the most breathtaking places I've ever seen is a place called Fern Canyon.   If you have just one more day, this is a must see thing to do.

1. The Beach
Where the ocean meets the river.    Not only a beautiful sight, but a great place to catch Chinook salmon or red tail perch.



2. Trees of Mystery

The redwoods are so peaceful and strong.  Ride the gondola up the mountain over the top of the redwoods.  Fabulous gift shop and great fudge!  Say "hi" to Paul Bunyan and he'll talk back!  Handicap accessible  http://www.treesofmystery.net/
