
Clear Channel reported this morning that spending on national political spots on their stations is up 98% over 2006. They also show that total political spending from all areas increased 48% compared to 2006 and 54% compared to 2004. The report says that local political spending increased 8% compared to 2006 and 48% compared to 2004.
