It's been on the way for a long time..Now Blaupunkt and miRoamer have announced they will introduce the 3G/HSDPA/HSPA car radio at the upcoming Consumer Electronic's Show in Las Vegas next week.  The radio can access AM/FM, but also, for the first time will be able to listen to thousands of internet radio stations as they drive down the road.  The new radios, models "New Jersey 600i" and the Hamburg 600i will also be able to access other devices such as mp3 players and cell phones via Bluetooth.  The internet connectvity is 3G, probably from Sprint, Verizon Wireless or T-mobile.  Listeners will be able to access their own playlist via a personal website as well.  Blaupunkt says that models will be offered as options on upcoming new cars but didn't say which manufacturers are on board.  More details coming as CES gets underway.
