Interep has filed for bankruptcy and is closing its doors.  Today
Interep's trustee Kenneth Silverman filed toallow  Clear Channel owned, Katz Media to negotiate withInterep's clients and employees in exchange for a flat fee of $3.6million cash. This past Friday Interep, one of two major national radio rep firms  filed a motion in Bankruptcy Court to convert its bankruptcy Chapter 11 status to Chapter 7 liquidation in order to pay off the company's debtors.
