A husband has secured the ultimate revenge against his ex-wife.   Alan Markovitz purchased a home right next door to his ex and her lover in Bloomfieldl Hills, Michigan.

On his back patio, which can be seen from his ex wife's bedroom, he erected a 12 foot statue of a hand giving "the finger".  He has even illuminated it so it shines loud and proud all through the night.

While this little gesture wasn't meant to be anything but pers...

You never know what you are going to see out on the pacific ocean when you stay at Pillar Point RV Park.  Nature is always so entertaining.   This morning it appeared that there was a big school of fish right off the beach in front of the park.  I could see the action from the rig and went outside to take some video.  There were pelicans, terns, and all the birds that usually accompany them swarming over the surface of t...

Just half an hour away from Pillar Point RV park is the seven hundred acre Coyote Point recreation area... Just go straight across 92 East to highway 101 go north for 3 miles and you're there...  (Take video tour below)

Pelican Facts:

There are eight species of pelicans in the world, all of which are simil...
The last two days have been extraordinary here at the beach!  Eighteen to twenty foot waves are pounding the coastline here and surfers are flocking to the beach by the dozens.    Amazing to sit and watch the surfers do their thing.

Several of us sat up til nearly 11pm last night watching the huge waves splash over the jetty, each one more beautiful...and the action continued today, all day long.   If you've been he...

There was a little hub bub today when our group noticed a grass fire starting across the harbor on the path that leads to Mavericks.   The first thing that was done was that 911 was called.  It was a little tough getting the message across to them  because it's a path, not a street and the call center was not local.   It wasn't much longer before the fire trucks and the sirens passed and we saw them putting out the ...
While it may have been sizzling in the near triple digits inland, here on the ocean at Pillar Point RV Park, the weather was glorious.   People were at the beach, surfing and sitting in camp chairs sipping wine.   Here are a couple of photos from the day...
