The man who ruled morning drive in Chicago for decades has died. Former WGN mornng host Wally Phillips, died at his home in Naples, Florida this morning. He was 83. Wally had suffered from Alzheimer's disease for the last five years. Phillips first got into broadcasting at a small radio station in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
