It's approximately 17 miles from Pillar Point RV Park to the BART station in Colma. From there, it's a $6.50 round trip ticket to Market Street and Powell downtown San Francisco where you can walk to Chinatown and Union Square, or catch a $10 trolley car ride to Fisherman's Wharf. You can also catch the green F trolley to the Embarcadero.
Taking the bus to BART...
As it stands as of 11/19/12, to take Samtrans to the Daly City BART station takes an hour and a half with one bus change. The one way trip cost is $4.00. Here's how you do it.
