Love was in the air everywhere at Pillar Point RV Park this holiday weekend.  Not only was it a three day weekend because of President's Day, but it was also Valentine's Day on Saturday.   No matter which way you looked, you saw love.  Families gathered together to enjoy each other and play at the beach, couples who came to the park to celebrate their special day and rigs decked out in red hearts and flowers.  

The weather was clear and calm with temps in the low 70's.  We were graced with beautiful sunsets each night....which led to bonfires that lit up the smiles of those gathered around them.  

One couple even got engaged!  Keith asked Karen to marry him while they were sitting around one of those bonfires.   Karen said yes and the ring was soon sparkling in the firelight...it was an exciting event for the whole park with everyone offering their congratulations.   For another couple, it was a romantic dinner cruise on the San Francisco Bay.   Brian even hired a car and driver to take them to the city.  (Several of us think he may be proposing too, but we'll have to wait until tomorrow to find out!)   We were right and she said YES!   Two engagements this weekend here at Pillar Point RV Park, one of the most romantic places on the coast....
