Coastside Farmer's Markets
Visiting the Farmer's Market is one of the best things you can do while you stay at Pillar Point RV Park.
According to their website, the Certifed Market community was created in 2002 to link Coastside residents with their neighbors...the Coastside farmers, ranchers, fishermen and culinary artisans that produce some of the most beautiful, nutritious and creative food in the world.
Gourmet Magazine described the Half Moon Bay Farmer's Market this way. "To see the abundance of produce from some of the most fertile farmland in the West displayed beside wild king salmon, artisanal goat cheese and regional honey is to understand the essential roles farming and fishing play in the life and economy of the region"
Go, and you'll find fresh produce, breads, fish, fresh cut flowers, fruits, honey, heirloom tomatoes, handcrafted chocolate, jewelry, cheeses, Mexican food, Indian food, soaps, olive oil....so much at your fingertips. Bring your bounty back to your RV at Pillar Point, set your table to watch the ocean and enjoy the taste of the coast in this most relaxing setting.
