The new Dunkin' Donuts is now open!

We just have to let you know about the best place to get coffee.

While there are many restaurants in and around the Half Moon Bay area, we thought we would concentrate, in this post, on the restaurants that are walking distance or that you can ride your bike from Pillar Point RV Park.

The famous Japanese Tea Garden is located in Golden Gate Park, near the band shell, the DeYoung Museum and the Academy of Sciences.

The Japanese Tea Garden originated as a one acre display at the California Midwinter International Exposition of 1894. Now 5 acres in all, it is the oldest public Japanese Garden in the United States. The cost is $3 to $7 to tour the grounds, however, if you arrive before 10 am on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday the ad...

I would like to start off by saying that this friendly neighborhood dive bar has possibly the best food I've ever eaten.  Period.

We discovered it while playing golf at the Lincoln Park city golf course.  The course is a little rough around the edges but beautiful and challenging and features stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge and what is known as "Land's End."  It's $29 a round plus cart, if you want one.
