Fernando gave us a great tip about your awning today. Perhaps you don't use yours except on a rare occassion. But, you should still unroll it more frequently. Humidity gets in your awning and can severely damage it with mold and mildew. So, even if you have it parked for awhile, make sure to unroll the awning and let it air out now and then....thanks Fernando!...
