While the wind was rattling our travel trailer this morning and the sound of the rain drowning out my thoughts, you still don't know what delights are coming your way. I looked out the window and right there, in front of us in the Pillar Point Harbor were two very brave kite surfers. The wind was right, the harbor smooth and a couple of young men came to take advantage of the nearly perfect conditions. (no rain and warmer would have been better of course) It was breathtaking to see them fly around the harbor, catching air and landing back in the ocean. You just never know what you'll see here at Pillar Point RV Park. All you gotta do is look!
P.S. Since I posted this story, four more kite surfers have hit the water and they're catching air and doing somersaults and other tricks! Amazing!
