Tip:
Prepare pancake mix as stated on the box.  Then pour all the batter into a large ziploc bag and freeze!  Once you are ready to use it, take it out of the freezer to thaw, snip off a corner of the bag, and you have quick & mess free pancake mix! (Just saw this on pinterest!)



Tip:
There's a large group of friends and you're in charge of the corn on the cob.   How do you fix that when you don't have much room in your RV?&...

Taco Bell...really?  Now I wouldn't have wasted my time posting about a fast food place if it wasn't incredible.   I'm talking about the location and design more than I am the food, although I love Taco Bell and their food is consistant from store to store.




This Taco Bell sits right on the Pacifica State Beach and the views of the ocean don't get any better.   The back patio, which features tables and benches, sits right...

Right across Hwy 1 within walking distance from Pillar Point RV Park is Creekside Smokehouse.   It doesn't look like much from the outside but inside, well, it doesn't look like much on the inside either...lol...but you will find some really friendly folks and some of the best smoked fish and cheese in the area.

3 Zero Cafe

The 3 Zero Cafe is hidden in plain sight at the Half Moon Bay Airport right off of Highway 1 just a mile or so north of Pillar Point RV Park.

Now if you ask owner Mark Smith what 3 Zero stands for, he'll slap you on the back with a laugh and tell you it stands for him and his two ex-wives...   but then he'll let you know 3 zero is aviator talk for a compass sett...
