The Lundberg Survey reported last night that the average price of gasoline has increased 12 cents per gallon to $3.36..that's compared to three weeks ago. Lundberg says it's because the price of crude oil has gone up. Crude has gone up 19 cents a gallon but retailers have only passed 12 cents on to consumers...so far. The $3.36 average is up 27.8 cents per gallon from a year ago at this time. Salt Lake City has the lowest price in the country at $2.86 a gallon while Los Angeles is the highest at $3.69 a gallon.
