"Glee" has recruited "My Life on the D-List's" Kathy Griffin and "Grey's
Anatomy's" Loretta Devine to guest star as two of the judges for the regionals
competition. Griffin will play a home-schooling Sarah Palin type while Devine is
playing former stripper, Sister Mary Constance.
1,900 invitations to Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding have been sent
out to guests all across the world... except to a former member of the royal
family: Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York. Fergie will not be attending the
highly-anticipated Royal Wedding on April 29rh, and was never expecting to
receive an invite, she says. Fergie's two daughters, Princess Beatrice, 22, and
Princess Eugenie, 20, are expected to attend the nuptials. Also not being
invited are President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle and Nicolas Sarkozy,
the French Prime Minister, and his wife Carla Bruni-Sarkozy.
Sandra Bullock’s former husband,Jesse James, has a deal to write his memoir
entitled, "American Outlaw". No release date has yet been determined but is
likely to come out this year. Bullock broke up with James last year after
learning he was having an affair. James, a 41-year-old biker-businessman and
reality TV star, is now engaged to tattoo artist Kat Von D.
Actor, Tim Allen has officially come onboard a new, untitled, ABC comedy. The
show centers on Allen, fighting for his manhood in a world of women. If it goes
to series, the comedy will mark Allen's return to primetime and to ABC where he
starred in the long-running hit "Home Improvement".
"American Idol" singer, David Archuleta, had been dropped by his label, Jive
Records. Archuleta's latest album, 2010's "The Other Side of Down", sold only
67,000 copies as of February 18th, according to Nielsen SoundScan. That's a far
cry from his 2008 self-titled debut, which moved nearly a million units and has
been certified platinum.
Television personality Camille Donatacci Grammer will join Showbiz Tonight as a
fashion and celebrity commentator live from the Oscars on Sunday, Febrary 27th,
for the Red Carpet special, Showbiz Tonight: Road to Gold. Grammer, of "The Real
Housewives of Beverly Hills", will provide her insider perspective on celebrity
arrivals and fashion insights.
Howie Mandel will host and executive produce a new show on Fox called, "Mobbed".
The show will combine hidden camera style shoots with "flash mob" events. The
show will feature Mandel and a cast of hundreds as they surprise unwitting
family members or friends with out-of-the-blue performances that lead to a big
reveal such as song-and-dance numbers that may inform a husband that his wife is
pregnant or an applicant that she got the job. The special will air Thursday,
March 31st behind American Idol.
Legendary singer, Diana Ross, will perform on TV later on this month for the
first time in four years on "The Oprah Winfrey Show". Besides giving a
performance, Ross is bringing her children and grandson on the February 25th
episode. The entire hour will be dedicated to the singer who is expected to
talk about her humble beginnings and her rise to a superstar and cultural icon.
Other guests to appear on Oprah this month include Celine Dion on February 21st
and the winners at the Oscars, who will stop by her show on February 28th.
Speaking of Oprah, RadarOnline.com is reporting that South African authorities
on Friday said the body of a dead newborn baby was found on the grounds of the
Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls in Johannesburg, South Africa. Local
police Captain Shado Mashobane confirmed that a 17-year-old student at the
institute "gave birth to the baby at the school, but can't confirm what happened
to it. Winfrey opened the school in 2007 with the dream "of building a
first-class school to nurture, educate and turn gifted South African girls from
impoverished backgrounds into the country's future leaders".
Ted Williams, the once homeless man who popular because of his radio voice, says
he's headed to Washington, DC to meet the president. The 53-year-old alcoholic
appeared on the Dr. Phil show to talk about his problems. Phil got him to go
into rehab, but Williams left and relapsed shortly after because he felt the
rehab was totally staged. "It was too much, too fast, and I was just not really
focused on what I should be doing. I felt scripted. I was doing live phone-ins
to TV shows from rehab."
'Dancing With the Stars' pro dancer, Karina Smirnoff, is opening her very first
dance studio. It will be located in Woodland Hills, California and will offer

Minnesota Vikings superstar, Bryant McKinnie, dropped a cool $100,000 on a bar
tab at a Hollywood nightclub on Thursday night. TMZ is reporting the 6'8", 335
lb lineman ordered more than 15 bottles of expensive champagne, some of which
were so big, the entire club stopped to watch the staff bring them to Bryant's
area. Son't worry too much for the guy... Bryant is reportedly due to make $4.9
million in 2011 as long as the league doesn't go on strike.
"Chronicles of Narnia" series Executive Producer, Perry Moore died Thursday at
the age of 39. The film exec and comic book author was found unconscious in his
New York City apartment from an apparent drug overdose, however, police have not
yet confirmed his cause of death, because the medical examiner's report is still
pending. Moore was reportedly found by his partner, Hunter Hill.
Tom Dumont, 41, guitar player for "No Doubt: and his wife, Mieke, welcomed their
third child, a son on Saturday, February 19th. They named the child, Koa Thomas
Dumont. Koa joins elder siblings Ace Joseph, 4½, and Rio Atticus, 2½. "No
Doubt" has other children, too... Tony Kanal is dad to Coco Reese Lakshmi, 3½
weeks, Gwen Stefani is mom to sons Zuma, 2, and Kingston, 4½, while Adrian Young
is dad to son Mason, 8½.

Celine Dion has returned to Caesars Palace to begin rehearsals for her brand new
show at The Colosseum. The new show, which kicks off her three year engagement,
begins March 15th.
