While other companies simply just give you access and leave you on your own, NewRadio not only helps you in the setup but they are with you every step of the way. They are constantly looking out for us in making sure we are taking full advantage of every component they have available. The technical staff is sitting on ready to assit you with questions and they don't make you feel like you bothered them. The setup was very easy and NewRadio has built an upload program that is easy to understand and do. It only takes a few minutes to get my message online and that is a major plus. NewRadio understands that we need to be spending our time creating and producing our show not fighting a uploading program.
